Bill will preposition his car at Borden Light Marina.  Meet at Navy Marina 9:45am. 

Looks like a no-wind delivery, but a nice day with some beverages.  Once at Borden Light prep engine and head for winter.  Libations and apps at Tipsy Toboggan afterwards. Bill will drive everyone back to the base for car retrieval after the Tipsy Toboggan.
