Please be at the dock on time to stow gear and a quick brief so we can be out on the water at 5:30pm

Mary meet Billy 5pm at Newport Nautical

Leave dock @ 5:30pm sharp.
–Practice upwind settings, tacks, calling wind and shifts, crew communications, jib trim and inhaul settings
–Spinnaker sets, jybes, downwind settings, crew communications
–Dust off the cob webs and instruct new crew on Vento Solare race routine and instruments

Crew Color Codes: Green crew is confirmed. Yellow crew need to verify with Skipper. Red does not crew for event. White crew position assignment not made yet and tally as Maybe - need to verify with Skipper.

    Andrew is unable to make practice this week (7 May). Allie may be able to come and will fill Andrew’s spot as headsail trimmer if she can make it.

    Mary please meet Billy & Allie at Newport Nautical 5pm to drive on base. We’ll let you know if Allie will be there.

    Great crew practice tonight. The drone we saw was driven by photographer Stephen Cloutier. He posted photos on Facebook as BlockIsland Steve. They are also saved and linked on the Vento Solare website photo page: http://vs.j109.org/photos/
